"WIND’EM AND GRIND’EM!"

   Your captain Chuck Taft has fishing in his blood. He was born into a family with generations of fisherman whom since a young age has taught him the skill and art of fishing, which he graciously credits his father “Spike”.  Like his grandfathers and father before him he has followed in their footsteps and has made himself well known and respected by others in the fishing fleet. 

   Chuck has more than 30 years of fishing experience as an owner/operator of sports fishing boats. Running boats out of harbors from Newport Beach to San Diego- he has fished with the likes of the president of the United States, sports figures and foreign royalty. Chuck prides himself on his unique understanding of quality service.

   On a personal note Chuck and his wife Deanna live locally in their home in Encinitas, have six children and seven grandchildren. Besides his obvious love for the sea; Chuck also enjoys his family, San Dieguito Academy Baseball, The Lakers, The Padres, The Chargers and the sport of “Racing Pigeons”. So, after boarding a boat with Captain Chuck don’t be surprised when you hear his call: “Wind’em and Grind’em lets go find ‘em!”
